These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy website and your enrolment in any course, batch, test series, or programme offered by Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or enrol in our programmes.
Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy is a civil services coaching institute based at VAIM Building, Model School Junction, Aristo Road, Thiruvananthapuram. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, students, and enquirers interacting with us through this website, in person, by phone, or by WhatsApp.
Admission to any programme is at our discretion and may be subject to a scholarship/qualifying test, seat availability, and payment of the applicable fee. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee a seat. Course content, batch timings, faculty assignments, and fee structures may be revised from time to time; we will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students of any material change.
Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission. Fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing, or where required by applicable law. Any scholarship, discount, or fee waiver offered is at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or revised for future batches.
Students and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy and discipline, both at our premises and in any online interaction with us. We reserve the right to refuse admission, or to discontinue a student's enrolment, in cases of misconduct, non-payment of fees, or breach of these Terms.
All course material, notes, recorded sessions, and content made available to students — as well as the text, graphics, and design of this website — are the property of Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy or its faculty and licensors, and are provided for the personal use of enrolled students only. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared outside the Academy without our prior written consent.
This website and the enquiry/contact forms on it are provided for genuine admissions and information enquiries. You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy does not guarantee any particular examination result or outcome, whether express or implied. Success in any competitive examination depends on many factors beyond our coaching, including individual effort.
