Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides educational services: online webinars, in-person and online events, and coaching programmes. We do not sell or ship any physical products through this website, so no shipping charges apply. This policy explains how the services you pay for are delivered to you.

1. Paid Webinars & Online Events

After your payment is successful, your registration is confirmed and the joining link, date, and time are shown on screen and sent to the email address you provided, usually within a few minutes.
The session is delivered live online on the scheduled date and time, through the platform mentioned in your confirmation (for example, Zoom, Google Meet, or YouTube Live).
If you have not received your confirmation email within 2 hours of payment, please check your spam/promotions folder and then contact us with your payment details. We will resend your joining link.
Please make sure the email address and phone number you enter are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details entered at the time of registration.

2. In-Person Events

For in-person events, your registration confirmation is sent by email after payment. The event is held at the venue stated on the event listing, or at our campus at VAIM Building, Model School Junction, Aristo Road, Thiruvananthapuram.

3. Courses & Coaching Programmes

Courses are delivered in person at our campus and/or online, according to the batch schedule communicated at the time of admission. Any study material included with a course is provided in class or digitally, as communicated by the Academy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Paid registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is made. If we cancel or change the date of a session, or are unable to deliver it, please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
