Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the limited situations in which payments made to Cosmo IAS Civil Services Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) are refunded. It applies to payments made online through this website, including for paid webinars and events, as well as to course fees. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Paid Webinars & Events

No cancellation or refund once paid

• Once your payment is successful, your registration is final. Registrations cannot be cancelled and fees are non-refundable, except in the situations listed under “Changes or cancellation by us” below.
• No refund is given if you are unable to attend, join late, or miss the session (no-show).
• Registrations are personal to the registered participant. The joining link must not be shared, and a registration may not be transferred to another person without our written consent.

Changes or cancellation by us

• If we cancel a paid webinar or event, you will receive a full refund automatically. You do not need to request it.
• If we change the date or time of a session, you may either attend at the new date and time or request a full refund before the rescheduled session begins.
• If a technical problem on our side prevents the session from being delivered, we will either arrange a replacement session or refund your payment in full.

2. Failed & Duplicate Payments

If money is debited from your account but your payment fails or your registration is not confirmed, or if you are accidentally charged more than once for the same registration, the extra or failed amount will be refunded in full. Failed transactions are usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider; if not, please contact us with your payment details.

3. Course Fees

Fees paid for courses, batches, and test series are governed by the fee terms communicated at the time of admission. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, course fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing or where required by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Where a refund applies under this policy (for example, a rescheduled session or a duplicate payment), email us at cosmoiasacademy@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your full name and the phone number or email used for registration;
• The name and date of the webinar, event, or course; and
• The payment ID or transaction reference shown in your payment confirmation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 working days of approval and are credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a further 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. We are unable to refund to a different account or payment method.

Online payments on this website are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The policy in force at the time of your payment will apply to that payment.
